Our policies & procedures
We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure safe and professional execution of all our operations. These documents are annually reviewed and updated by the Board of Governors. The information contained within them is the sole property of The Norwegian Kindergarten in London, and should not be copied or distributed without permission.

Child Protection Policy
All children, whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, socio-economic status, religious belief and/or sexual identity have the right to protection from all forms of harm and abuse. Child protection is everyone's responsibility.

Complaints Procedure
Our complaints procedure describes the systematic method we use for receiving, recording and responding to complaints made by our stakeholders to ensure that complaints are responded to efficiently and effectively and learnt from.

Privacy Policy
We follow the official data protection principles’ to make sure the information we gather and handle is used fairly, lawfully and transparently. That the data is used for specified purposes in a way that is relevant and limited to only what is necessary, and that it is handled in a way that ensures appropriate security.
